Start your Halloween in spooky style with these Squashed Spider Baked Oats! The lemon and blueberry flavour will be a sure surprise when you tuck in. Suitable for all the family!

Ingredients
- 60g rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Zest and juice of half a lemon
- 1 egg
- 100ml milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Heaped tablespoon greek yogurt (plus extra for decorating)
- Handful of blueberries
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Add all of your ingredients (except the blueberries) to a blender and blitz for around 20-30 seconds.
- Pour the mixture into an EasyMat MiniMax and add your blueberries (keeping a few behind for decoration). Distribute the blueberries through the mixture evenly.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden and leave to cool until lukewarm.
- You can now decorate with some greek yogurt by adding it to a piping bag (or sandwich bag) and snipping the corner, creating a spiders web on-top of the baked oats.
- Squash the leftover blueberries between your fingers (these are your squashed spiders) and add to your creation.
- Serve and enjoy 🙂
