Soaked Chia seed is soft and gentle on the stomach, a nutritious.
Ingredients
½ cup of oats
½ cup of whole milk
2 tbsp whole milk yoghurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 pouch of pear puree
1 pear
Method
Mix all the above together (minus the pear) and leave overnight in the fridge.
In the morning, add ½ a peeled and diced pear with a sprinkle of cinnamon and microwave for 2-3 minutes
For warm oats microwave for 2 mins
